Hello - I'm E Byron Chappell, along with my supporting wife/girlfriend/editor Tara, I've told, and now, write stories that remind children (and grown-ups) that faith, kindness and adventure never go out of style. Little Pete and The Leaf Raking Day began as a simple story about a boy helping his neighbor - but it turned into something deeper: a reminder that God often uses small acts of love to do big things. Little Pete is only eighteen inches tall, but his faith and good heart make him larger than life. Through his adventures, I want children to know that being kind, honest, and helpful are still the greatest superpowers a person can have. I believe stories have the power to plant seeds of goodness — in the home, neighborhood classroom, and the heart. Even the smallest hands can make a big difference.
